BEATRICE, 26 YEARS

Dear Host Family, Thank you for taking the time to read my letter. My name is Beatrice Ahenda. I am 26 years old. I am Kenyan and currently living in Kenya. I speak fluent English and have basic knowledge of French and Chinese. I am a graduate of Strathmore University and have my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information and Technology. I am currently working as a Quality Analyst. My love for children motivates me to be an Au pair. I do enjoy spending time with children. This will put me in a position to be a big sister and be responsible. This comes with responsibilities and I am well aware and ready for it. My calm nature makes it easy for me to get along and get to understand children better. I do tutoring for young children and have experience as a teacher as well. I read them stories, help them with their homework, sing with them, dance with them, and also draw with them. I do help in taking care of my young siblings. I have a fun personality and a loving person. I am responsible, creative, hard-working, and a reliable person. I love drawing, singing, swimming, cooking, and bike riding. I love to try out new recipes. Children are my little angels and taking care of them is one of my passions. I also enjoy cleaning and helping with the house chores when I can.
