Hi!
Special situation; I am newly divorced and have responsibility for 3 boys age 8, 6, 4 every second week. I also have a daughter but she is only 1 year old and for now I only take care of her a couple of hours per week for now. This means one week is very active with the family and the second week you will need to be able to take care of your self and do activities as I will have catch up work. I am very flexible and always close by when I work but I will need help as activities with the children is difficult to manage on my own.
I need help with the kids and also lighter housework (cleaning lady comes 1-2 times a week) and cooking etc.
I live on a farm in the countryside so you will have to a drivers license and be comfortable with driving to meet with friends etc. I run a construction company with +20 employees and also a smaller cleaning company with 3 employees. The office is on the farm where my co-worker Eva works full time managing administration. On the farm I also have 5 employees from Poland living in a separate house if you should need character references on me as employer.
Living arrangements is in a separate apartment (kitchen, bathroom etc) within the house.
I'm looking for longer type of arrangement if possible. There are university's close by so if you are looking to study in Sweden this could be a long term possibility.
The boys are very active, motocross, skiing, mountainbiking etc so you will need to have be outdoorsy and have an active lifestyle.
