Hello, we are a family with three small children. We seek an au pair who has experience with toddlers and younger children.  We are an US/Scandic household with a 10 year old boy, a 8 year old girl and a 4 year old boy. We live in a nice house in the upscale area of Lidingö, Stockholm with easy transport links to the city center. Our house is within walking distance to the beach and easy public transport to local boutiques and cafes as well as a short subway ride into the heart of Stockholm. We are an international family (having lived in the Nordics, UK and the US) and we've had au pairs and nannies from Denmark, France, Italy, Ireland and US. We love to explore new cultures and cuisine, and we travel often within Europe and to the U.S.. Job Description: We would love to have a ¨big sister¨ to be a part of our family and help us look after the kids. We prefer someone who can stay for a minimum of one-year (one school year period) with possibility of extension. Since we are an international family, we are looking for someone who is proficient in English. Ideally, we hope to find someone who already had babysitting/childcare experience. Housing and food are covered by us. You will have your own bedroom (with TV) and your own bathroom. In addition, our family also provides: internet and a mobile sim card with a data plan. The main requirements will be taking care of our children (e.g. getting them to school and to after school activities) and doing occasional cooking and housework. General work schedule is Monday through Friday. Additionally, as we make frequent trips within Europe and to the U.S., we are also looking for someone to accompany us on our trips.
