YVONNE

We are a family of 5 humans and three dogs, with a Danish mother (Yvonne), British father (Howard), Alexandra (20), Oliver (18) and Madeleine (14) plus labrador Simba (10), French bulldog Pisco (2) and chihuahua Bentley (12 weeks).

The main task required is to help with dog walking, feeding and perform light household tasks. If you are interested, Yvonne can tell you more about our family and what we expect from you.

Our main selection criteria:
• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must be Danish
• You must love dogs and have experience of dealing with dogs
• You must not be a smoker

In return we will welcome you into our family and home, help you settle in London and introduce you to additional babysitting opportunities should you be interested.

About us
We live in West London, in an area called Chiswick. It takes 30 minutes with the underground to get to Oxford Street (central London). Chiswick is a lively area too with lots of cafes, bars and shops.

We live in a 5 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms. The au pair has her own room on the top floor of the house and shares a bathroom with Oliver and Madeleine.

What we expect from you:
• You must be prepared to start in Jan / early Feb 2020 and stay with us until Dec 2020
• You want to work / be with dogs
• You will be prepared to help the children with their conversational Danish
• You must be willing to undertake light household chores
• You will show respect and be considerate
• You must be open, honest and prepared to accept feedback
• You must be reliable and punctual
• You will be able to structure your own tasks and work independently
• You must be flexible in terms of tasks, time and day
• You must have a professional attitude in relation to the family’s privacy
