Hi, we are a family of four looking for a positive and efficient au-pair to help us in everyday life. Where we live: We live in a big house in the beautiful countryside north of Copenhagen, just next to one of Denmark’s oldest and biggest forests, and 20 minutes from some of the best beaches for swimming. There are different smaller cities in the area where you can enjoy danish culture and food, and Copenhagen is an hour away with public transport. We have cats, hens, and sometimes horses. Our family: Mother is self-employed and works mostly from home, and father is working in Copenhagen. Our son is 8 years old and loves soccer and gymnastics. He goes to school nearby. Our daughter is 5 years old and loves horseback riding. She goes to kindergarten nearby. Our children love to be creative, play games and do outdoor activities. About you: We would love to find a warmhearted, positive, and efficient person to help us in everyday life with healthy cooking, cleaning, laundry and taking care of our children sometimes in the evening. We expect you to be independent, fluent in english, trained in household and a quick learner with a flexible attitude. It is a plus if you have a driver’s license, but it is not a must. Public transportation is in walking/biking distance. We would prefer an au-pair who is already in Europe. What we can offer: We can offer you your own room in an annex/small house with beautiful view into the forest and with access to own kitchen, toilet and shower. One large room in the annex is sometimes used for yoga classes. We encourage you to get a network of friends and explore Denmark.
