JACOB

We are a family of 4. I’m 33 years old and I work as partner at a big four Company in Copenhagen. My wife is 25 years old and is currently on maternity leave which she will be until august 1. Then she will work full time at a local business college as a teacher.

We have two children, both boys. A is the oldest he is 22 months old and attends day care from Monday to Friday from about 7.30 am to 3.30 pm. E is 3 months old and will stay at home until august 1, then he will start in Day care.

We live in a rather large house in a suburb outside of Næstved about 80 km south of Copenhagen. There is about 10 minutes bycyckle ride to the nearest train station. There are other au-pairs living both in the suburb and in Næstved itself.

I leave at 4.30-5 am in the morning for work and is useally not home until 6 pm so I can’t help with getting the kids ready for the day or the start of the night. About 2-3 times a week I have late meetings and we therefore need help with getting the children to sleep and so this would be the primary aupair duties from Monday to Friday.

We also need help with house duties about 5 hours a week.
