We live in Point Cook, Australia and are looking for someone to join the fun and chaos of our household. Kids are 8, 7, 5yo girls and twin 2yo boys. We are a homeschooling family and my husband and I work nightshift in hospitality. Daytime I am always around with the kids (and you are welcome to hang out with us if you want but not required to). We are hoping to find someone who wants to spend a few afternoons/nights (mostly Fri/Sat/Sun) helping and enjoying some time with our kids. Helping them with dinner (the older kids are very independent but still need supervision and someone to chat to) and putting the twin toddlers to bed. After the twins are in bed (which is usually quite early!) the evening is mostly just relaxing/sleeping. My older kids usually watch tv/ipad/play computer games most evenings and put themselves to bed. I think maybe suit someone who is keen to work elsewhere (we can probably help you find work depending on your english/skills) or is maybe studying as there will be plenty of free time during the week. Maybe some super light housework involved not much - just end of day tidying up. Also if you love to cook we would love to learn and taste some of your fav meals but cooking will not be required except for yourself (because of our different work hours we don't often eat together as a family and the kids prepare a lot of their own individual meals too). You will have your own bedroom with queen bed, tv, PS4, internet and a bathroom shared with the children. We also have a large private backyard shared with 2 small dogs and 4 hungry, friendly chickens. Our house is a 5min walk to train station and bus stops. Shops are 15mins walk. I also have a bicycle available to borrow if required. (the salary doesn't give option on this site of AUD but that is what we will pay in) We are a very relaxed large family and would love to welcome someone friendly, happy, independent and caring into our home.
