"Dear prospective Au Pair

Happy New Year and hope 2018 has started well for you.

We are an extremely friendly and welcoming couple from London looking for help with gorgeous 11 month old twin girls. Both parents are highly educated professionals working in demanding specialised fields.

We are based in Sydney suburb within 15 minutes drive and 10 minutes train ride in to central Sydney with all its attractions. Family accomodation at modern luxury pent house with on site access to heated pool, spa, sauna, jacuzzi and full use of fitness centre.

Dad is senior Advanced Vascular Surgery trainee for the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons working at a prestigious Sydney Hospital and Mom is an accomplishment economist working in the private sector as senior analyst in a specialised field. Couple originally from London and permanently moved to Australasia couple of years back. Recent move to Sydney from Auckland, New Zealand this year for the Vascular Surgery Advanced Training post placement (which usually changes every year). Both parents enjoy travelling and looking forward to some trips this year with the children. Other hobbies include dining out, fitness class, snorkelling/scuba diving, hikes and tramping.

Both twin girls are healthy, active with good daily routine and easy to manage. We have no pets and we are both non smokers.

We are looking for a live in nanny/au pair who would be able to get along with the whole family and would enjoy spending time with our daughters; more as an extended member of the family. We are friendly and understanding people who are very accommodating regarding personal circumstances and interests. Expected hours would be to look after the children during day time 8 AM till 5 PM. The mother is currently on maternity leave and will be looking to go back to work once the nanny feels comfortable enough to look after the children. At the time when Mom returns to work full time we would be looking for additional part time help to help with the child care along with our own live in nanny.

We will be providing separate room for the nanny with own privacy and the second bathroom can be designated primarily for his/her use (barring guest use- as that will be the only non ensuite toilet). We will cover all accomodation costs, utility costs(barring mobile phone), unlimited internet, access to TV/ entertainment system as well as other household and the luxury living complex facilities (gardens/ pools/gym/sauna/fitness centre/BBQ patch). We will provide food if he/she chooses and if prefer to cook own meal we will be happy to include all grocery expenses with our own. We love dining out, the nanny will be very welcome to join us for meals out side and if looking after kids during the time we would pay for that time additionally.\r\n\r\nWe would prefer to get the nanny insured with one of the cars so if need be he/she can drive the children to pre school/children classes/parks/beaches as required - hence an Australian drivers license would be preferable.

We like traveling and enjoy regular vacations to different parts of the world. There will be option to come and travel with us, in which case we will cover the cost of travel and accomodation.\r\n\r\nIn summary, we are looking for someone who will be able to help with looking after our twin daughters during day time to support the Mom who will be looking to go back to full time work this year and be more like an extended member of a friendly caring and accomodating family with healthy, active and fun lifestyle.
