MARIE, 20 ÅR

Dear future host family, my name is Marie and I am 18 years old. I live with my family in a small town, nearby Hamburg in Germany. My family is my mum Andrea, my dad Peter, my twin brother Nico and our dog Finchen. Thus i am open to any animal in your family. I decided to go abroad as an au pair because i enjoy to take care of children. I already have a diverse experience in child care. I looked after children in the age of a few months, two, five and nine for all in all three years. In addition I made a babysitter training for two days.I also have a driving licence since one and a half years and therefore could drive your children around. Currently I go in the 13th grade of an ordinary secondary school and I am going to graduate next year. In my freetime I enjoy doing sports, spending time outside and meeting friends. Moreover I really like to travel, to read crime novels an to cook & bake. If you want I can cook a German speciality for you. Still you should know that I am vegan but you dont have to take that into account because I am used to cook for myself. Apart from cooking I am also disposed to help you in the household. I would describe myself as an open minded and responsible person.I am ambitious and like to organize a trip or something else. But sometimes I am a little impatient and dreamy. I could come to you at the earliest in middle of august 2023 and can stay until the beginning of march 2024. I am looking forward to get to know the canadian culture and to get in touch with you.
