JULIA, 25 ÅR

my name is Julia, I am 19 years and from Germany. I graduated high school in summer 2016 and spent the last 1,5 years abroad.
I am super adventurous and love to get into touch with people from all over the world which helps me a lot to find my way in life and learn about many cultures.
As I have many cousins aged 2-10 years I know what’s important and how to handle even busy days.
My mum is a doctor and I’ve learned a lot from her, whenever my previous host kid was sick I spent all day looking after him and to go to the GP.
Also I am more than willing to speak either German, English or Russian with your children. I really love languages and would be happy to pick up some Spanish too.
In my family there’s my parents, my 8 year old brother and me. Since my brother was born I am often in charge for him and took over all the responsibilities of our daily life.
After graduating Highschool I spent 13 months in London as an Au Pair. The boy I looked after is 5 years old.
My job was to do light house work, make breakfast and dinner, do the drop off and pick up from school as well as help with his homework and plan/ spend the holidays with him. At home in Germany we speak German and Russian.
My hobbies are playing the piano, reading, riding the bike, going on hikes and spend time with friends. As well as I love dancing and scuba diving.
I’m a really tolerant, patient and open-minded person with a bubbly personality as my friends like to say.
I loved my previous work as an Au Pair and really appreciate the chance of getting to know a new culture while actively being a part of the family.
I like the feeling of being a part of the kids education and not only become a person they can always talk to but also help them wherever I can and simply have fun together.
