JOHANA, 27 ÅR

Dear Future Host Family,
Hello my name is Johana and I am 24 years old and I am currently living in Salta, which is a small city in northern Argentina. I have a sister, Andrea, who is 25 years old, and a brother, Gerardo, who is 37 yers old. My dads’ name is Rubén who is 68 and my mother’s name is Verónica who is 63 years old. I love animals, especially dogs, I currently have three dogs and enjoy all of the responsibilities that surround taking care of them. I enjoy traveling and exploring new places. I graduated in 2019 with a degree in English Education and I am currently working with kindergarten students.
I would really enjoy traveling to to the United States because of my love of traveling and exploring new countries. After completing my degree I have started my search I pursued a teaching career in English which I have been studying since I was six years old and through that continuous studying I have enjoy my the start of my teaching career. Along with my teaching background in kindergarten, I have also taught primary, high school, and tertiary level. Teaching has become a passion of mine and I throughly enjoy being apart of the edification of others. Part of the reason why I love teaching so much is because of how much I enjoy reading, writing, and speaking in English. So as I become more proficient in learning English myself, I in turn, become a better teacher. I have been dedicated to learning and teaching for a long time and it has become a passion of mine.
In 2020, I worked for a private school teaching English to Kindergarten student who were between 3 years old and 5 years old. I also taught students between the ages of 7 and 13. I love kids and believe that education will be able to grant my young students the ability to make the world a better place.
I will make a great Au Pair because I have experience working with children and more importantly than the experience that I have, I enjoy working with children. With such a lively cultural I have experience while living in Argentina, I will be able to educate children about the importance of experience more than one culture and the beauty of what traveling the world and how experiencing other cultural can widen their views of the world. This would also be incredibly beneficial for me because I will be able to learn from the children I am watching as well.
As much as I enjoy edification of other, I also like to learn and being able to experience another countries culture and being a part of another family will help me fully experience the American cultural. As I am able to learn more about living in American, I will be able to take what I have learned in American and implement it make in Argentina. It would be an honor to be chosen by you and it would be an enormous honor and a dream that would be fulfilled.
