Dear host family! My name is Mary. I am 21 years old. I am from Belarus. I would be very happy to contact with you. LANGUAGE SKILLS: My first language is Russian. English - intermediate(B1), German - elementary(A1). I like to work with children, communicate with them, as children are very sincere: they share their secrets, successes and failures. I am a patient person. As a teacher, I like to teach children something new, to discover something unusual for them. Children give me the energy and the motivation for further development. I think, every child is great. At the moment I am studying at university. In June 2022, I am going to get my Diploma of Higher Education in Belarus. My specialty is foreign language teacher (English) and foreign literature. MY EXPERIENCE IN CHILDCARE: I have a sister who is 6 years younger than me, so I have experience in childcare. I also have a little experience working with children, as an online tutor and as a leader in summer camp (in the 1st month I worked with 5-6 years ols children, and in the 2nd month worked with 12-14 years ols children). I have some experience in teaching the English language and the Russian language as a foreign language to children from 6-12 years old. I am currently an online math tutor, so I will help kids take their first steps in math and help with homework. MY MOTIVATION: Being an Au pair is a unique opportunity for me to get experience with another culture, learn the language and most importantly to help my host family take care of their children. I want to be a part of the host family. To care, support and teach something new to children. That comes first for me. MY EXPECTATIONS: I hope that the host family will be happy for me to stay with them and that my help in taking care of the children will be helpful to them. I would also like help in learning the language (English or German). ANOTHER INFORMATION ABOUT ME: I am allergic to honey and to hormones. I am not a vegetarian or vegan. I do not have any chronic diseases. The religion of the host family does not play a big role for me. I have a driver's license, but unfortunately, not much driving experience. I don't smoke or drink alcohol. I love animals and I am willing to help take care of them.
