REBECCA, 31 ÅR

Dear Family, Good day! I am Rebecca, 29 years old from the Philippines. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology major in Food Technology. My hobbies are singing, playing ukulele, playing with kids and watching series and movies. I am the only girl among the siblings. I have 2 older brothers and 1 younger brother. I experienced teaching high school students for a few months as their substitute teacher. I enjoyed teaching them and I learned so much from it. I took care of my nieces from 2019 to 2022 because their mother decided to work in other country. My lovely nieces age are 5 and 4. Below are my usual tasks at home during the week: • Preparing breakfast for the kids. • Cleaning > kitchen > general housekeeping > make the bed > bed rooms (clean and change bed sheets) > bathroom > doing the laundry • Play with kids • Teaching them • Cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner My experience in taking care of my nieces makes me realize that I enjoy being with kids, makes me more responsible and that I want to experience being an au pair. I am hoping to find a host family where I can learn their culture, help them taking care of their kids and explore their country. Rebecca
