NIKKA, 28 ÅR

My name is Nikka Nicole and I am 25 years old. I am single and living with my grandparents since I was a kid because I was a product of a broken family here in the Philippines. Both of my parents are already married and they also have their own kids. I have 3 siblings from my mother's side, whom I'm very close to. And I also have 3 siblings from my father's side, whom I can only communicate through video chat. However, we are close to each other and treated the way it should be.

I graduated Bachelor of Secondary Education, specializing in English. As of the moment, I am working as an English Teacher in a private school here in the Philippines. But I am not yet a licensed teacher.

In my spare time, I have 4 kids whom I teaches with their homework and I am the one also who teach them with their modules at home. They are our neighbors. Sometimes, after answering their homework we usually play games and watch movie. There are also some of the kids in our neighborhood who come to our house and look for me because they love playing fun games with me such as hide and seek and card games and many more. I am also close to my cousins, I usually visit them during weekend and the kids will welcome me with deep warm hugs. I really like that.

I also love watching movies, singing and drawing. I am an artistic type of person and I do appreciate art and music.

I would love to become your next Au Pair because I love children and I love spending time with them. I am prepared and I am well aware of the fact that being like a big sister to your children comes along with responsibilities for them and it will not always be just play and fun. My calm and patient personality will help me to master more difficult situations for instance when the kids are tired or don’t want to listen to me.

I expect that in the first couple of days I will be exhausted at night because I guess taking care of children the whole time can be tiring. But I am sure that I will adapt to the new tasks and daily routine quickly and become a big help for you.
