MARY, 34 ÅR

Dear Family,

I am Mary Grace Piano. My friends call me Magra. I am from the Philippines. I grew up in the province of Quezon where my mother, sibling(youngest brother) nephew and niece are, but now I live in Rizal province, just outside the city (Manila) with my brother and his partner as this is where our work are located. I am the eldest of my siblings and the only girl. My parents separated since I was young so I have naturally developed a maternal and protective instinct with my younger brothers and I learned to be responsible at the early age.

I consider myselft as the bread winner of the family and proud to say that I am a family oriented, loyal, patient, resilient, friendly, industrious, independent, trustworthy and positive person. To be able to college, I live at my relative to help on their chore in exchange of sending me to school, luckily, I also got an scholarship but I still stayed with my relative until I finished college. I was able to finished Bachelor of Elementary Education and passed the licensure examination. After I graduated, I was able to do subtitute teaching however, as my mother is the only one working and due to some circumtances I needed to find work to help her and the easiest way with a high salary is to be a call center. I have come to love my work and now I am proud to say that I am working as a call center agent for almost 9 years now.

My passion to teach will never be erase so I tutor online as a part timer. I teached chinese kids and it was fun! I also love to teach my neice whenever I visit them. I would love to apply my knowledge and passion to help your children or tutor them.

I love travelling and learning other culture. I had the opportunity to visit other countries in Asia such as Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Hongkong and Macau. And, I would love to have the opportunity to meet you and your children, know about your lifestyle and to get to know more about your country too.
