RONALYN, 34 ÅR

I am Ronalyn E. Icban, filipina with a degree in Business Management and a also have a First aid certificate. I am 29 year old, single and can speak English fluently. I have six siblings and the youngest is a special child so I came to my goal to pursue my career overseas because of her. I have been working with kids since 2008 as a nanny/tutor in a Japanese Family. Also, I have experience as volunteer in Israel for elderly people for 2yrs. At this moment I’ve been working as a live-out tutor/ nanny in Vietnam with Korean and Canadian Family and I have great references about my work with kids.

I have 5 years of experience with toddlers and teenagers (from 2 yrs-10 yrs old).I used to work in a well-known Hospital in our country as Accounting Clerk for two years that gave me knowledge which will be applied in my work. I love outdoor activities like hiking, swimming and biking. I also love travelling because it taught me to learn other cultures and to interact with other nationalities. I have been to Vietnam, Malaysia, Israel, And Singapore.

I am looking for a great family and place to work as a caregiver or au pair. I always follow parents' guidelines to work with them as a team. I am a very loving and caring person, and enjoy spending time with the kids because I care for them as if they were my own family. I am also very organized, flexible, and get easily used to schedules.

The reason why I want to be a caregiver or au pair is because I also want to experience the culture of other countries which will help me to become a better version of myself simply because it will really test how strong and independent I am as a person to be living far away from my loved ones and also to explore more places during time off and meeting new sets of friends. I believe being an au pair will help me to become more independent and more responsible person. Taking good care of my client is my main responsibility as caregiver. I know I can learn a lot throughout this experience from the family and looking forward to have a harmonious relationship with them.

One of my biggest dream is to visit every city I want to, because I’m really curious. Is for this last reason and because I’m curious that I want to be an aupair, and because I want to prove myself and try this new experience.

Also, live in a completely different place, with a different family, school and new friends will be a great experience. I chose the Sweden because it’s a country that I’ve always loved, and, unfortunately, I’ve only seen in the movies. It’s a country so different from mine, so I want to discover it!

With my “new family”, so with you, I’m ready to talk about my culture and to explain everything I know about it, to be always helpful and friendly. I’m ready to change my routine too and to discover a new way of living, for live this experience as best I can!
