I'm Marla Joy F. Mendoza. 20 years old, from a small city of Bulacan, Philippines. I will finish my college degree course Bachelor of Science Major in Information Technology this December 2019 but I don’t have any subjects in school, I'm just waiting for the ceremony. We are 5 in the family. My mother is a teacher, my father is a driver and I have a sister and brother. In my spare time, I play badminton and table tennis. I loved to bake. Last April 2019 I participate in cultural exchange in North Carolina, USA. I enjoyed it because I met a lot of people, I gained a lot of friends from a different country and I experience the culture in the United States.

When it comes to childcare experiences I do a lot of baby sit here in the Philippines. My aunt and my mother always taught me to handle kids of different ages from 8 months and above. They teach me all the things that I should do for the children like feeding them food, changing diapers, shower, letting them sleep and many more. Children are my passion seeing them happy makes my heart happy as well. Honestly, my dream before was to be a pre-school teacher because I loved children, it's like they are my babies.

I want to be an au pair because I want to experience the culture in Europe. I wanna meet different people/children in different countries like knowing their hobbies and likes. I wanna meet new people as well as learn their language, their culture and traditions. I want to learn the things that I don’t know yet I want to discover things with other people and make memories with them and with the kids.

I am a jolly and happy person. I can easily adjust to a new environment. I am an honest and positive person, I always look at the positive side of everything. I will do my best in all the tasks that you will let me do.
