MARLYN, 26 ÅR

Hi! I'm Marlyn Grace T. Gabutin. I am a 21 year-old (female) Filipino citizen. I currently live in Manila City, Philippines since I am working as a Compliance Finance Specialist in a Non-Government Company in Manila, but I actually came from the Province of Guimaras. Guimaras is a small island (approximately 750 inhabitants per square mile.), and is the "Mango Capital of the Philippines" because it is famous for producing one of the sweetest mangoes in the world. Aside from its famous mangoes, Guimaras has so many beautiful white beaches and lots of tourists visit here every year.

I have a nickname of Jing-Jing and I come from a family of 5. My Mother (Marlonita, 47) a fruit vendor, Father (Lester, 46) a farmer, Twin Sister (Retsel, 21) and my younger brother (Miko, 15). We also have other members of the family, our pet dogs (Stella & Summer) and our pet cat (Toshi). I can describe myself as a responsible and caring person. I love to spare my time to my family, friends and loved ones since they are very important to me. I’m always there for them if they need me. I love music and I love to sing since I dreamed to be a singer someday. I used to be a babysitter of my nieces and my neighbor's kids also. I also teach some bible stories to other kids during Sundays and it was held at our house. Thus, I have an experience of taking care a child and kids for almost 5 years which I find as an advantage to be an Au Pair.

As far as preferences are concerned, I am looking for a live-in arrangement with a host family, that would be happy to have me stay with and work for them for at least 12 months. I would also prefer looking after children aged between 6 months to 10 years. I am very interested to learn a new language that is different from ours.
