Dear Host Family,

Greetings in Peace and Love!
Having known that your family is in need of Aupair, I cant help but to feel the excitement of knowing your family and I thought I would reach out to you to see if you will find me suitable for your family.
Here is a little bit about me.
I am Lovely Hope C. Fang, 25 years old, single and currently residing at Quezon, Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines.
I belong to a family of five members, I have my parents who are still very much active and my two older brothers who are already employed. Being the youngest and the only girl in the family, I could say that I was able to feel my family’s love, care and attention. We were very close as a family. I consider my mother as my best friend. My father and my brothers are my superheroes in life. They are very supportive to me in every step pf my careers.
My father is a humble farmer and my mother has been a domestic helper in Hongkong for 10 years and stopped when my brothers and I had graduated in college. Because my mother was an OFW, I was trained at an early age to do household chores like cooking, cleaning the house, ironing and washing our clothes.
As to my hobbies, I love dancing, skateboarding and playing badminton. I also love pets in fact I have a cat and a dog in our house.
After graduating at high school, I was not able to attend college immediately because my parents can’t afford sending the three of us in school. So I have to give for my brothers.
During the years when I was not attending school, I work as a Helper to one of my relative and a Nanny their two children namely Allan Mark (5 years old) and Mark Nimrod (9 years old) at the time I worked for them. I am accompanying them in going to school and have to picked them up after school. I prepare their snacks and help them do their homework and projects. I prepare their dinner and bath them before going to bed. We sleep together because that’s what they want. I am taught with personal hygiene, help them prepare their things before going to school and accompany them with their extracurricular activities after school.
As to my household chores, I do the over-all house cleaning and sometimes I was asked to do cook, wash the laundry and iron the clothes. As a helper, work duty is a big responsibility and I know that I should be responsible with my acts, I could say that I am hardworking and I take my job seriously.
Because of my desire to finished college, I enrolled at Saint Mary’s University with the Degree of Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism major in Hotel and Restaurant Management and fortunately I had finished the course. After that I got the chance to work ate Mrs. Bakers as senior server for one year. And currently I am employed at Mercury Drug Store as cashier.
I want to become an Aupair because I want to explore new things, meet new friends and people. I want to learn different cultures, traditions, customs, lifestyle as well as the language of other countries. Above all I wanted to give discover more myself, explore my strengths and witness in terms of dealing other people. I wanted to know how far I can be as a person especially in dealing with children and in molding them to become a successful one.
