Dear Host Family,

I'm Mary Dale Mina, 28 years old from Basco, Batanes. I'm currently working in Oman as a food service attendant for almost 2 years.
I am an honest, hardworking and very patient person,.I can work under pressure and without any supervision.

I am applying for this job because i want to learn new culture see new people and of course to help your family in daily activities also for me save money for my future. I am not yet a parent/mother but I do love children, I believe that they are a blessing from God, in fact when I was in Batanes I usually help my parents in taking care of my little sisters when they're are not around, i also have experience in Oman when it's my vacant time i am an on call nanny when they're parents are not around i'm taking care their house i do some cleaning specially dusting, vacuumm and washing floor. my task on the children includes bathe them, feed them and change there clothes. And I also playing games with them,reading books for them. I also do household chores such as doing the laundry, washing the dishes . One of my favorite place in home is the kitchen because I love cooking and I want to learn how to cook different types of dishes. As of now I am the one who prepare my own food before I go to work and I'm really trying my best to learn how to cook because if I do not cook my food I will not be able to survive here in Oman. I can cook some food especially Filipino dishes. Also, I can make sandwhich or cook pasta, soup, or fresh vegetables salad, and snacks such as sweet foods like pancake, muffins, crepes and cakes. I am willing to learn to cook your country's dishes if you will give me a chances.

I worked for seven years as a food and beverage attendant in hotel and restaurant. I learned to welcome and entertained the guest, took their orders, set up tables and serve their foods. I also helped in the kitchen when they need back up people. I checked the food before serving it.

If I will be given a chance I will assure you that I will do my best in taking care of your child and doing the chores that I'm assign to do.
