Dear Host Family,

My name is Ann Jillian Gabo, female, 27 years old, from Philippines. I finish the caregiver course and have certificate on it. I have good communication skills and can understand and talk English well. I love music and I’m friendly,patience and responsible. After I finish my course as caregiver, I apply housekeeper in Hongkong and at the same time nanny to a 2 boys ages 2 and 5 years old, I love kids because I have many nephews and nieces and I take care of them too when their parents are away.
My work experience is in hongkong as housekeeper and nanny, and currently I am employed here In Hong Kong and about to finished my contract soon. I do house hold chores, ironing, and laundry. I baby sit children take care of them and in the morning when they wake up I greet them and prepare their breakfast, then after they eat and shower I prepare their uniform to wear and things to bring at school. I go with them to school and wait until classes done. We go home and change their clothes then eat and rest little, around 4pm we go children park to let them play. I keep them under a watchful eye and always make certain to avoid dangerous situations, and keeping children happy and safe is my number one priority.
During day off and holidays I find myself searching new things. I love being outdoors with my friends, chat with them and do something productive. Sometimes we are into sports, swimming, and bonding at the park and enjoy being with them. When I have free time I often surf the internet and find new recipes. I love watch cooking shows and learn from it, and I can bake little also. I like cleaning house because I don’t like to see messy things and I organizing rooms. And when I was in grades school my mother and sisters teach me how to do things in the house, so doing house hold chores is not hard for to do it.
Satisfying the parents is not only our vision but of course satisfying their kids too would be better. But since I love children it was easy for me to connect, care and play with them even though we have language barrier between us. I love to make them smile, hear their ideas and be energized by their enthusiasm. I like to share happy moments and happy thoughts to the children, that maybe one day, they will remember.
