I consider myself as a jack-of-all-trades person with creative and resourceful abilities. I am best at following rules. I am laid-back and easy to get along with, but professional at the same time. I am self-aware and good at keeping myself emotionally grounded. I am outgoing, and I become especially playful and extra whimsical around children. I want to be an au pair to experience a different life in another part of the world. I am not the type of person who will treat the Au Pair program as a holiday experience. It is a meaningful exchange wherein I can showcase or contribute my talents and skills in childcare, caregiving, and household support. As someone who yearns to have my own happy family one day, I put value to opportunities that will teach me more about childcare and family life dynamics, This experience will help me adapt to a different culture that has a different approach in raising kids. This will also help me in my long-term goal or plans to shift career in healthcare or nursing.
