Dear Future Host Family, My name is Angelica Jane, and I am a 24-year-old single woman from the Philippines. I completed my Senior High School education and earned a Health Care Services Certificate, where I learned essential skills in caregiving, hygiene, safety, and providing basic First Aid. This training strengthened my passion for caring for others and prepared me for responsibilities that require patience, attentiveness, and dedication. I have been working as a domestic helper for almost five years now with the same wonderful family. My greatest responsibility has been caring for two amazing boys, Reiverson, who is five years old, and Iverson, who is three. Watching them grow over the years has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. They have become like little brothers to me, and caring for them has taught me the true meaning of patience, unconditional love, and responsibility. Every day, I help prepare the children's meals, get them ready for school and other activities, play educational games with them, read stories, assist with homework, and supervise their daily routines. In addition to childcare, my responsibilities include cleaning, doing laundry, ironing, organizing the home, and cooking. These experiences have helped me become dependable, organized, hardworking, and able to adapt to the needs of a busy family. Becoming an au pair in Europe has been one of my biggest dreams for many years. For me, it is not simply about traveling or living in another country. It is about becoming part of a family, sharing everyday life together, learning about a new culture, and improving my language skills. I understand that welcoming an au pair into your home is a big decision. You are not only choosing someone to help with childcare, but also inviting someone into your family's daily life. I want you to know that I take this responsibility seriously. I have also developed practical skills that I would be happy to share with my future host family. I enjoy baking and can make simple homemade treats such as vanilla cake, chocolate cake, and Spanish bread. I would love to bake for your family and children whenever there is an opportunity. In addition, I have a driver's license and can drive both automatic cars and motorcycles. I also know how to ride a bicycle, which I believe can be very useful for getting around in many European communities, as well as for accompanying children to school, parks, or other activities.
