Dear Family, How are you? I hope you're all doing okay. I am writing this letter to express my willingness to be your next au pair in your lovely home. I am Mia, 24 from Philippines but I'm currently in The Netherlands as I'm experiencing my first Cultural Exchange Program with my culturally mixed host family. My contract started last September 18, 2023, and now I'm searching for a new host family to learn and experience another culture. I can say that i am responsible, organized, respectful, and active person who loves to discover new things in life so I wanted to expand my knowledge about european cultures, become multilingual and of course extend my ability to help my future host family in their daily living. My task task here is mainly taking care of the 10 month old baby and 5 years old kid. I prepared breakfast and lunch for my host kid. Do laundry and ironing and put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and put it back to their rightful place and help maintain the cleanliness of the house. One of the reasons why I want to be an au pair is because i want to explore more places I haven't been before and to experience and meet different people and build friendship with them. Being an au pair , I will be able to experience life and become an independent and responsible person. Today as i am experiencing the culture of Netherlands and the culture of my Host Family and I can say that I really made the best decision of my life.
