PAOLA, 31 ÅR

My name is Paola, I am 28 years old and I live in Neiva with my mom, she is a very kind and understanding woman. I also have 2 older brothers and 3 younger nephews, and they really care about me and support my decision of being an aupair.

I consider myself a person with a lot of energy, responsible and focused on what I do, but at the same time I am calm, patient and sensitive with kids , the thing I like most about them is the ability to learn something new and their energy and enthusiasm.

In my free time I like to read novels, stories and books about law, I also love to watch series and movies. I enjoy going out and know different people and places and cook with my family. My favorite sport is skating but I also enjoy playing volleyball and riding bike very much.

I had the opportunity of looking after children from different ages from 1 to 8 years old. Usually, my job was taking care of them while their parents were working. I used to feed them , help them to do their homework, we used to have fun playing board games or even going out to the playground. Many times we went skating , riding bike and other times they loved going to the movies or to the mall.

My native language is Spanish, but I'm learning English. I consider that my level of English is basic.

I want to be an Aupair because I really want to improve my English skills and other languages, get to know and learn about other cultures, and also because I love spending time with children, learn from them and perhaps I can also teach them my own language and tell them a little bit about my country and culture.
