Hi,
My name is Laura-Émilie and I am 19 years old. I’ve always loved kids and I’m planning to go to University to become a teacher or a social worker. But before settling down in Canada and studying, I want to experience new things and take time to travel. I would be happy to take care of your kids and have fun with them. I’m someone you can rely on and trust. My mother tongue is French, but I’m pretty fluent in English and I am looking forward to improve it even more while working with your family. I’ve always been a family person so you can count on me to treat your children, as well as you, with respect and care. I’ve been babysitting since the age of 12 and I still keep in touch with every child I’ve babysat. Back home, I’m a part-time barista as well as a full-time student. I’ve been working since I was 15 and most of my money has been spent in travelling during school breaks. To this day, my most memorable travels are Italy, Senegal and Australia. While I was in Senegal, I’ve spent a month doing volunteering in an orphanage where I would take care of kids aged between 0 and 2 years old. It was one of the best experience in my life.
