Dear Host Family, My name is José Alan, and I am a 19 years old Brazilian and future Au Pair. I am a warm and nurturing nanny with four years of experience taking care of my little sister. I love helping families ease their day-to-day stresses by making sure their little ones are cared for with lots of love and patience. Also, I love to help children learn and explore in a safe, warm, and joyful environment. Arts and crafts, age-appropriate cooking, singing, and storytelling are some of my favourite activities. I’m also a very good driver, and I can cook really well, so I’m thrilled to offer high-quality care to your children! I was a nanny for 3 consecutive years now, and I have greatly enjoyed my time taking care of my little sister, I truly think that it is a gift to see the world through their eyes. I decided to become an Au Pair because I’m a trustful person with a lot of experiences with all aged children, besides it has always been my dream to get to know better, immerse myself in a new culture and of course to learn a new language. Currently, I live with my wife Mariana in a town called Londrina. I also have a little sister when I took care of since her birth. My family totally supports my Au Pair dream! I’m a very creative person! I worked as a musical productor for a very long time in Brazil. It a lovely job where I have the freedom to express my creativity with all kinds of digital art, so I love it. Finally, I would describe myself as an open-minded, patient and outgoing person; my family and friends say that I’m very funny too. I'm learning english right now, the kids can help me to practice and i can tech him the portuguese too haha, I like to cook, travel, and I am a very energetic and easy-going person!
