NATIG, 30 ÅR

Dear host family, thanks in advance for taking a moment to read my profile text.

My name is Natig and I'm 26 years old. I live in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan (which is an ex-Soviet Union country) and I'm looking forward to improve my knowledge of languages while being a member of your family and taking care of your children.
To begin, I'm quite active, responsible, creative and educated person. Also, I really like a lot to communicate with people from different cultures and enjoy to spend time with children. I have a good background and experience of teaching children and working with them, so I can easily interact and create a good connection.
Moreover, I prefer to spend time with children interactively. For example, playing interactive games that helps to improve their intellectual abilities, teaching to draw and to create different models, speaking in foreign languages, watching interesting documentaries and so forth. I’m also able to cook (especially vegetarian) and have abilities to sew and iron.

Personally, I consider myself as an active, positive and quite responsible person. I can always stay calm in extremal situations and keep people around me also calm. Responsibilities for me is very important, so I always attempt to do my best whatever I should do.
The other side of my personality is very creative and peaceful. I can create something new from old things and even from what people can consider as a rubbish.

I was born and raised up in a caring family: my mom, dad and my elder brother! They taught me a lot in my life, so I'm very grateful to them. They also helped me to get a complete education (from primary school to university degree).
My mom is a seamstress and she has her own very small business (I also helped her a lot). My dad is a shoemaker. Finally, my elder brother is a sailor.
In general, I'm not "a party boy", so I have just a few friends whom I really enjoy to spend time together.

I have a bachelor degree on Social Sciences. I've been graduated from one of the most prestigious universities in my country. My main subjests are sociology, psychology, pedagogy and art history. Also, I have always been into visual art. So I have some certificates on History of Art, Fashion, Design and Architecture.
I started to work since I've been 18. I worked at the local sewing factory. Then, I began to work as a personal assistant of fashion designer.
I have also work experience with children. During a year, I've been working as an art educator for schoolers (5-15 years old) at the center of contemporary art.

I'm quite active and creative person. Art and fashion is my passion. I really like to draw some fashion sketches or sew something in my free time. I can create something new from old things.
Also, I have a crave for going to museums, galleries and theatres. I'm extremely interested in reading scientific books about ecosystem, space and animals. Futhermore, I enjoy from watching art-house films.

I must say that I love children a lot. So I've always made sure that they are comfortable around me, since I love being surrounded by their happiness and joy.
My first experience of taking care of children is related to the experience with my niece who is already 2 years old. Now I can say that I learned a lot (literally from a to z) during that time on taking care of babies.
Also, I had a work experience with school children who are 5-15 years old during my employment at the center of contemporary art. I worked as an art educator and teached children a wide range of skills like drawing, painting, sewing and creating different models.
I want to get a job like this because I want to see every child smiling.

I'm bilingual. So I speak very well in two languages (Azerbaijani and Russian). Moreover, I can communicate in English and Turkish as well. My level of English and Turkish is not perfect but quite high.
Also, I have basic Japanese skills. For the time being, I intensively learn German. Consequently, my German skills should be improved. In general, I have a crave for learning foreign languages.
I visited Russia a few times. I've been in Moscow and Saint Petersburg.

I'm aiming to work as an Au Pair because I know that's a perfect way to learn languages and get to know people from different cultures. However, the main reason is because I admire children and enjoy every moment that I can spend with them.
I would like to be a good role model for them by teaching them how to be a good member of the society.
