Welcome to my profile, I'm Daiana an Argentinian who love exploring and cultural exchange. I've been inside this journey for three years and I love it! Being and Au Pair allowed me to know so much about the world and collected many stories and experiences which make me feel very lucky and grateful. I know how hard could be looking for the person who will take care well of your most precious part of your life: your kids. If you're looking for someone well experience, who know about the program and who enjoy learning about different cultures and above all who could be flexible and know how to deal with all kind of situations... Nice to meeting you, you're reading the right profile! I'm very serious with my work, but easy-going an flexible at the same time. I'm very mature and independent, probably because my age. I'm always planning my activities in advance. I like spending time with the family, but also do my own stuffs and go out with my friends. I always care about people and try to being focus in their strengths not in their weakness, in this way I can motivate them to do their best. I'm a good listener, but also a good communicator. I'm aware of a good relationship base is a good communication between both parts. I also love doing volunteer work. When I was in the United States I used to help in my host kid's art classes, and in the Netherlands, I was helping in a Elderly house and I love it. They both were very different and wonderful experiences. I'm a positive and patience, I'm always look for the good side of everything and keep the calm in the middle of the chaos. I'm very creative and I love to filled that part of my personality with books, movies, doing art or crafts which is also a good resource to share with kids. I also love doing activities outside and I always motive my host kids to play outside. I used to go to the playgrounds, parks, museums, movie tethers, to the pool, etc. It's always great if they could burn some energy!
