AMYA, 20 ÅR

Dear host families, My name is Amya ( Ah-my-uah) I'm currently 19 (20 in Aug), I want to be an Aupair to gain experience and learn life outside of the US. My whole life Ive always cared for people young and old, with and without disabilities. Being a care taker has just come natural to me and I'm soo ready and excited to take my love of caring for others to new families all around the world. My personality is 300% being a goof ball. I love allowing myself the space to be childlike, especially with the kids that I take care of in order to form a real bond with them. But I am an adult so I understand right time, right place for childlike behaviors. Something I think any Host family might find funny about me is how "Country" my accent is, I traveled the US growing up but Arkansas is my home state so I have a deep southern accent. I've worked with kids my entire life, so taking care of them on a need to need base is what I'm use to and ready for. I've mainly taken care of my immediate family (siblings), but I have voluntary worked for a small daycare at one point. I working with young kids but I'm also capable of connecting and working with teens/tweens.
