GRACIE, 19 ÅR

Hello! My name is Gracie and I am an 18 year old student and music teacher from Virginia, USA looking to be an au pair this summer. I have looked after children my entire life from having siblings, to working as a nanny, to teaching music to them. I have experience working with kids of all ages and different types of needs. I’ve always had stellar grades in english and I pride myself in being a great teacher! I have taken 4 years of French through my high-school, and 4 years of Italian, French, and German diction through my arts high-school. I'm not fluent in any other languages besides English, but if chosen by a family, I will learn your language the best I can prior to arriving! I believe this would be a great opportunity for me, and I would love to help out a family in need! I also don't have a specific chosen time frame on this position. If it goes well, I may be willing to stay as long as you need me. Experience: I have had young siblings my whole life, and when i'm not helping to look after them, I nanny. I started nannying around the age of 14, but I have babysat here and there since the age of 11. I am currently a children's music teacher. I am CPR-certified, I have a driver's license, and have experience looking after kids of all ages. My father, as well as some of my siblings have all had the opportunity to travel/live abroad at my age and I think being an au pair would be a very neat way for me to have that experience. I cherish spending time with kids, and I love the idea of becoming close with a family and sharing my experiences and knowledge of America, while enjoying and learning about your culture!
