WIEM, 29 ÅR

Hello,
My name is Wiem. I am 25 years old and from the sunny Tunisia. I live with my Mother, Najet (54) and my brother Firas (28), in a house that is located in an area full of history called Carthage. We have got one cat and one dog who love to cuddle all day. My father passed away this year, my mother is a housewife. Firas is professional photographer. Overall, we are a pretty large family, I have twenty four cousins.
I would describe myself as a reliable and caring person, who tries to make the best out of every situation. I like spending time with my friends; they are – as well as my family – very important to me. Always trying to help, I’m always there for them if they need me.
In my free time, I like to listen to music, go shopping or dance. Dancing is one of my favorite hobbies and I am also teaching young children Arabic and French languages. Furthermore, I enjoy reading a good book and singing – even though I cannot sing. Every summer, I supervise children at our home kind of helping my mother who is taking care of 2 kids as a nanny. I became very close to them and I cherish the time I have spent with them. Through this time, I have found out how much fun it is to have children around, I can’t imagine a life without them.
At the moment, I’m student but I’m very interested in knowing other cultures and other languages, beside Tunisian and Arabic languages I also speak French and English.
The reason why I want to go to the Europe as an au pair is that I want to get to know other way of life as well as different cultures. Most importantly, it would be a great chance to spend an entire year taking care of children. And of course, it would be great to improve my English skills and to get to lean other language as well.
I hope we can develop a good relationship, working and living together as a family. I would be very happy to experience an eventful year in a host family with kids. I am looking forward to talking to you.
