We are a family of four. My husband (37 years old) is English, from London and works in a bank. I am Danish (37 years old) and work at a hospital as a medical doctor. We have two sons; Conrad born in June, 2011 and Victor born in December, 2013. Both are healthy smart little active kids and both speak English.

We live in Frederiksberg in a ground floor flat comprising of three bedrooms and two living rooms, one kitchen, one toilet and one bathroom with a shower. The lay-out of the flat is great with the one bedroom (for the au pair) in the one end of the flat, next to the main entrance. The toilet is in the middle of the flat. However, the bathroom has to be entered through our bedroom so ideally we would like our au pair to shower when we are out of the house (from 7 am – 5 pm).

We would like help:
• Clearing up after breakfast
• Light cooking during the week
• Cleaning (hovering etc.)
• Washing of clothing
• Tidying up in the evenings
• Dropping off / picking up our boys from school 1 km from our flat
• Babysitting in the afternoons / evenings
• Being in the flat when the kids are asleep so we can go out in the evenings
• Staying at home with the kids during the week if they are ill (ear infections, colds)

You will be off most weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

We are a very friendly international family (Christen). We have both lived overseas (Thailand, Australia, Germany and England) and have a great understanding of other cultures / ways of living.

We will provide a room with a table, two chairs, a sofa bed, cupboard space and free Wi Fi.

Our flat is located in the heart of Frederiksberg, which is a safe high-income area close to Copenhagen City.
You do not need to hold a driver’s license.

We would like you to love spending time with kids, playing / singing / drawing / reading stories to them.

Excellent English and proven track-record looking after children is a requirement.

We are looking for a reliable and independent person, who can handle two kids and feel confident looking after kids on her own also if they fall ill.
