Hello future Au-Pair, We are a loving danish/german family with three kids. Our oldest daughter is 6 years old and will start school in August. Our second daughter is 2,5 years old and a goofball. She goes to Kindergarten and loves it. Our youngest son just turned 1 in April and is a very happy child who loves walking around and watch cars and airplanes. We live on the island of Sylt, which is a great, beautiful and unique place with wonderful beaches and also a big city with a fun nightlife. There is a large danish community on the island due to its location next to Rømø and the danish border. There are a lot of other au-pairs to hang out with. About us: Henrik is a self-employed store owner and a danish citizen. He originally comes from Esbjerg, but most of our family lives in Copenhagen now. Hanna is a medical doctor, who is currently not working, but planning to go back to work soon. In August, all three kids will be in School or Kindergarten, so our Au-Pairs main job would be picking them up and helping with Dinner and doing minor household duties or watching them in the bathtub. On the weekends we like to take the kids to the beach or are trying to plan other activities. We are raising our kids bilingual and would like our Au-Pair to help us with that. Of course we would make sure, that our au-Pair is learning german as well and a language class can be provided if wanted. We already had three danish Au-Pairs already whom we loved very much and they will always be part of our family. Our current Au-Pair is leaving in July to start university and she will be missed, as we missed them all. We like to think of our Au-Pair as part of our family and like to habe dinner together and talk about our days.
