ALEXANDER

We are looking for a kind, caring and creative au pair, to become part of our family life, that consists of the mother Elsa, the father Alex and our son Balthasar, who was born in February 2019.

Elsa is a 31 year old free-lance textile designer from Stockholm, Sweden. She loves painting, art, design and is currently launching a textile design brand.

Alex is a 29 year old energy engineer from Essen, Germany. He works for a energy research institute and loves Elsa's art, history and Berlin's music scene.

We met each other in Stockholm in 2015, while Alex was studying there. It was love at first sight and after one year together we decided to move to Berlin.

Balthasar grows up hearing his Dad speaking German and his mother speaking Swedish. However, we often speak also English in our household.

You will spend time with our son (playing, going on walks, experience him learning to talk and walk) and help with light household tasks.

Optionally, you can drive out with us to our countryside home outside of Berlin or enjoy Berlin's cultural life with us.

If you are learning German, we would support and suggest classes at a close-by language school once or twice peer week.

We live in a spacious and light four bedroom apartment in central Berlin-Friedrichshain. You will have a small bedroom with own entrance and a bathroom en suite.
