I have gained care experience as a health care assistant and from life experiences.I have assisted people with their day to day duties including those with health challenges.Thanks to all these experiences I have developed strong communication and interpersonal skills and I will always use effective communication skills that are tailored to the situation i am working in and use tact,empathy and persuasion skills as and when required.I am a loyal and committed person who will work hard to learn the role quickly with a view to carry out my role with consistency ,professionalism and with focus on quality care.
