WORRAWALAN, 30 JAHRE

First of all, let me to introduce myself: My name is Worrawalan, but I am always happy to be called by my nickname, which is Noon. I was born on 17th January 1994, so I am now 27 years old. I was born in Chiang Mai, where I grew up, but I am now living and working in Bangkok. Chiang Mai is in the north-west of Thailand. It is a beautiful province and one of Thailand’s most prominent tourist attractions. (If you come to Thailand, you should try to visit Chiang Mai, because the province provides an opportunity to experience the best of Thai culture, especially traditional Lanna culture). Bangkok is a large urban city and is the capital of Thailand. Now let me tell you about my experience of looking after and taking care of children: Initially, I gained a lot of experience taking care of my auntie’s children, but it was when I became involved with a charity orphanage that cared for underprivileged children without parents, it was then that I realized that I wanted to look after children. Taking care of children requires a lot of patience and I am a patient person. I regard myself as a calm, gentle person. I am not selfish and I always consider other people around me. I a respectful person and I expect to be respected too. I am also someone who likes to learn new things. With regard to hobbies, I enjoy swimming; general reading, with an interest in history; listening to international music and songs; and, being with my friends and family. With regard to sport, I love swimming because swimming is good exercise for the whole body. Furthermore, when I was in Middle School, I used to compete in races. The reason why I would like to be an aupair is because, number one, I love children and I enjoy spending time with them. Secondly, I want to develop my experience of taking care of children and I am interested to learn the difference between taking care of American children compared to Thai children. Thirdly, I want to improve my English. Fourthly, I hope that my host family will teach me everything about America. Finally, I would like to thank my host family for taking the time to read this letter.
