My name is Judith, and I am a smiling and happy nineteen-year-old girl, from Barcelona (Spain).
I am looking for an adventure in a new place, and for a long-lasting friendship with a host family! I would love to become a part of your family and give your children a wonderful experience as they grow. What you can expect from me is reliability, punctuality, respect, and honesty.

I consider myself a responsible and affectionate person who believes that life is constant learning. That is the reason why I am studying Primary School at the University of Barcelona. I think teachers have an important role in shaping children's lives, and I would love to become an English teacher because I love languages.

At the time of writing, I am currently studying Primary Education at the University of Barcelona, with the goal of hopefully becoming a teacher specialized in English. When I get my degree in Primary Education, my goal is to get a certificate for teaching Spanish as a foreign language.

For the past months, I've also gotten to practice my teaching skills, by doing English classes with an elderly woman from my city. I've been teaching her for an hour, two times a week, and it has really been a great experience, adding to my desire to embark on new challenges in the world.

My passion is dancing, I used to dance salsa, ballet, and Hip-Hop. I like nature and go for walks in the mountains, but I don't know how to swim very well, so I don't spend much time at the beach. I also love to play board games and to do crafts.

I was an English teacher's assistant for one year at a school in Gavà (BCN). In addition, I have always taken care of my little cousins when I was in my parents' town, and I really enjoy spending time with them.

My mother tongue is Spanish and here in Barcelona, I learned Catalan. I can speak fluent English and I would like to learn Danish during this experience.

Since I found out what an "Au Pair" was, I wanted to be one. I have always been fascinated by languages and I always wanted to become a language teacher. I think this is an opportunity I should take advantage of because it would give me more experience with children, and I could improve my English level as well as learn Danish. Part of my aspiration to become a teacher is also the desire to have an impact on someone's life, something that I hope will happen if I get to become an Au Pair.
