My name is Lhizanie Baroga, and I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Performing Arts in Theatre from Guang Ming College. Throughout my time in college, I excelled in both academics and extracurricular activities, particularly in various theatrical performances. I have showcased my diverse skills and versatility in portraying lead roles as well as supporting roles. Being a part of the Guang Ming Theatre Ensemble (GMTE) and Guang Ming Harmonies has further enhanced my skills in this chosen craft. Apart from my passion for the arts, I have a genuine interest in teaching and caring for children. During my college years, I actively participated in pedagogy programs focusing on children, where I utilized the arts as a tool to engage and educate young students. I absolutely love taking care of children and I am proud to say that I was among the first batch of Guang Ming College graduates who volunteered in an NSTP project, specifically focusing on storytelling for preschool students. As a person, I am very genuine and open to correction. I am easy to handle and I have come to realize that at my age, my knowledge of cultural differences is not as broad as I would like it to be. I believe that being an au pair will provide me with a platform to meet good people who can help me better understand different cultures. I consider myself hardworking and kind-hearted. If given the opportunity to be chosen as part of a host family, I can assure you that I will give my very best to take care of the tasks assigned to me.
