SIMON, 27 JAHRE

Hello, my name is Simon Debeljak. Im 18 years old. I live in Slovenia in a bilingual and bicultural family (Slovenian, American). I have just finished high school and since I dont quite know what I want to study I have decided to take a productive gap year. I like working with kids beacuse I get along with them and believe that education and childcare are very noble professions. I have some experience working with children; I have been giving English conversation and reading lessons for three years, I was a part of a mentoring program for a year where I helped a boy with learning troubles and I also babysat on and off for family friends. In my free time I like playing football, hanging out with my friends or listening to music. I also traveled a lot with my family and love getting to know other cultures. I studied Spanish in highschool and have basic knowledge of it, while I also speak Slovenian and English fluently. Im hoping to make an impact in at least one childs life and also becoming his/her friend. Best wishes
