TANYA, 40 JAHRE

Here follows a description of myself:
I am a mid thirties female, recently graduated with a Masters in Applied Ethics, and have 9 years of work experience in international higher education administration at one of the top universities in South Africa. My love for the mind of a child and the interaction process of mutual learning when working with a child, has been a world apart from my recent career. I have a lot to offer to a child's development, and have a very creative approach in dealing with children. I am especially fond of children at the age of two. My own ballet training throughout my years of growing up, has provided me with an outlook on physical training and development of mind as a hand in hand process which cannot be separated as two different entities. The notion of play, which embeds a learning process is very important - since I believe that education should not be a tough climb for a child. It is a learning curve that inevitably happens, through fun and play. Once one 'discipline of play' has been capitalised, the next should be explored, never to loose the interest or attention or sense of fun for the child. My background in music training (Royal Schools Grade 8 Piano), is essential in my approach to ensure that children are stimulated through listening, movement, interaction and participation. The more factors used for play, the better for the child's development.

I also speak Chinese, and could assist children to learn the language as well. The primary language I would speak to the children would be English.
