Hello. My name is Iskandar, I'm 24 years old from Tajikistan. I speak Russian, Persian, English languages, also has a higher education in the field of international law. I have experience in caring for and looking after children of all ages, I looked after my little sister from the infancy and looked after her and I still do it (helping her do her homework after school), I also looked after my nephews on the weekends (from 2 years old). I feed, play with them, redeem and put to sleep. I can cook and cleaning for sure. I love kids, especially look after them. One of the strongest reasons to take the big step and become an au pair is, during an au pair stay I live in another country and have the chance to do lots of travelling there, and learn the language more or less automatically in everyday life, and really getting to know another culture is definitely part of the deal, too. also host family and especially the host kids will come to have a special place in my heart as I become a part of the family. Maybe I'll be on hand when my host kids ride a bike for the first time or speak their first words or take their first steps. These are moments that I'll never forget. How, after all, i can experience more of another country's culture than sharing everyday life with a local family. An experience that I'll never forget. I`m travelling for the very first time to another country all on my own. I live there, speak a foreign language, meet new people, take care of children, and handle important responsibilities. All of this together makes au pairing an adventure that I`ll never forget. The places that I'll travel to, the people whom I'll meet, perhaps I'll even fall in love... These are the adventures that I'll be telling stories about when I return. From 1-2 ages I think: sand play - is a fantastic opportunity for the foundations of scientific learning, and developing self-confidence and physical development. Scooping, digging, pouring and sifting teaches children how things work, whilst also building their muscles and coordination. Done alongside a little pal, and it becomes about teamwork, sharing, and social skills. Similar to sand play, water play enables children to experiment in a safe environment with basic concepts. Also, from 3+ age Play Dough - has immense potential for learning. Not only does it strengthen fingers in preparation for a lifetime of writing, it teaches fine motor skills, creativity and hand-eye coordination. Drawing and painting letting children run wild with paints and drawing tools allows them to experience their world in a sensory way and develop self-expression, whilst also developing pre-writing skills. Furthermore, it’s an invitation to learn about colours, mixing and good-old tidying up! Also I love to play with kids Blocks, Jigsaws, and Shape Sorters, Music, Dancing, and Singing It is very interesting with children, they are sincere, very trusting, naive. It is nice to know that there is an opportunity to give birth to something good in a little man. It is pleasant to give your love, warmth to children. It is very interesting to observe how what you taught is manifested in deeds and communication. Children is our future! And how they grow up entirely depends on adults. I just love children. I find disciplining bad behavior the most difficult aspect of child care, but I understand it and I try to listen and resolve the situation, it takes time to gain control and respect of the children.
