SAIRA, 26 JAHRE

Dear my future host Family, My name is Saira Vidal Lotoc, 26 years old, born, raised and currently living here in Laguna south of Luzon Philippines. I can speak Tagalog and English. I would describe myself as God-fearing, happy, warm, caring, respectful, helpful, reliable, have strong communication skills, adaptability, patience, nice to be around and have a genuine love for children. I use positive rather than negative language. I focus on what I have and can work, rather than what is problematic. I have experience in caring for children of various ages including newborns. I took care of my nieces and nephews since birth. I occasionally volunteer as an assistant teacher at my local daycare center, active member of PYCSFC (Platero Youth Community Service For Childrens) and Isidorian Minstrels Outreach Program for orphaned and sexually exploited children. I live with my old mother and sister we have a small retail business that i also help my mother manage since covid. I work in the fast food chain for 2 years as all around staff sometimes I’m cashiers, kitchen staff and cleaner. but when covid started they had to close it and i lost my job after that. I decide to stay home and help my mother run our small retail business instead. My mother is old so I wanted to help her with everything around the house. I do all household chores like cleaning, ironing, vacuum and cooking. I can cook Filipino, some Chinese and Italian dishes. I am an on-call babysitter at the neighbor's age 9 and 3 when both parents have to go to work early and come home very late. my job is to cook their breakfast, lunch and dinner, feed them, wash them, put them to bed, help with school work, play, clean, take the 9 year old to school and pick him up. I also take them to the park and playground. I have been doing this type of work for many years since I was a 15years old on-call babysitter while studying and I absolutely love it. I also sometimes work (on call) at the bed and breakfast. It's a small transit accommodation so they don't need a lot of staff. I work as a receptionist, cook's assistant and cleaner there. I wanted to become an aupair because it is a good opportunity for me to experience, get to know different cultures, try living in another country, make new friends, in exchange for something I love to do which is taking care of children be with children and of course some household chores.
