MARIJIE, 37 JAHRE

Dear host family,

I am very excited about getting to know you, but first I want to introduce myself to you a bit, to make your decision easier. My name is Marijie but people around me call me Jhie I am 28 years old from Philippines and recently working as an au pair in Denmark with the very nice host family I'm the oldest and only daughter in our family. My parents and my two younger brothers they live in our home country. My youngest brother is still studying in university.

I would describe myself as reliable, flexible, caring, friendly, helpful open-minded and kind I try to make the best of every situation. After I finish my work I like spending time with my friends and have fun with them, listening to music, watching movies or go shopping and take photos (my friend said once that i am selfie queen )The reason why I want to be a nanny or as an aupair is because I want to gather valueable memories with a new family and get to know new friends. I would like to get to know the Americans or Europeans way of life and different cultures. It would be great to improve my English skills and become more independent, self-confident and open-minded by spending an exciting year abroad. Of course the time I´m going to spend with the children and the experience of an eventful year with you and your kids. I couldn´t imagine a life without children. I love to spend my valuable time with the children to see them smiling, playing and to be happy.

I gained experience with children when I start working in singapore as a housemaid, by taking care of kids like preparing their breakfast, lunchboxes, dinner, sending and picking up them in school. And also here in Denmark. I hope we can develop a good relationship and work and live together as a family. I´m looking forward to talking to you.
