JEJEAN, 30 JAHRE

Dear Host Family,

Let me first introduce myself, I am Jejean E., 22 years old and single with no kids. I am from Iloilo, Philippines, a remote area yet a perfect place to live in because of the peaceful community. My father is a welder and my mother is a housewife. I came from a family of 8 children and I am the 4th from the eldest. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management with Latin honors as Magna Cum Laude.

I am independent, outgoing, open-minded, mature and positive person. My interests are cooking home dishes, arranging home decors and I enjoy listening to music, reading books and playing scrabbles. I can understand and speak English fluently.

I am currently working as a housekeeper of a Filipino family and nanny of two kids aged 7 and 6 years old. My employers are working full-time so I am in-charge of the daily household tasks and looking after my host kids. My daily routines are as follows: Wake up early in the morning to go the wet market to buy food and cook breakfast, help the children in taking bath, preparing uniforms and school bag, eating, making lunch boxes and bring them to school, sweeping and mopping floors, dusting furniture, cleaning every part of the house (Bedroom, Living room & Comfort room). In the afternoon, I will take the kids from School and I will serve lunch, while the kids are taking naps, I do some laundry, ironing and folding of clothes and putting them into their designated cabinets, I also change bed linen, I help my host kids in their homework and reading and coloring books, we are also playing with their toys and play outside with other kids. In the evening, I prepare dinner and I clean the table after eating and wash used plates and utensils and put the trash out.

I want to work abroad and be an au pair because I want to help my younger brothers and sisters to finish their studies and save money for my future because I am planning to put up a small business. I want to gain new knowledge and experience by learning new language, meeting new people and studying different culture.

You can count on me to do all the duties that you will require and act as a big sister to your precious kid/s and I would be very much happy to serve your family and you can expect me that I will be devoted to my job. With regards to your family’s rules if you have any, please don’t worry because I will follow and obey your rules while I am living with your family and in return, I am expecting that my host family with treat me fairly.
