Dearest Family, I was pleased to learn of your need for an experienced caretaker at Nurturing Nannies. With my wealth of childcare experience and educational background, I am positive that I am qualified for the said position. It is a great opportunity for me to be part of your family as an AU pair. I am Melissa Jean M. Carton, my family and friends are fond to call me “Melay”. I am 25 years of age, a resident of Brgy. Amurao, Cabtuan, Iloilo, Philippines. We are four (4) siblings and I ranked 3rd among the four. I am responsible and reliable for the task assigned to me. I made sure that my duties and responsibilities are accomplished before the given time. I cared for a baby boy aged from birth up to 3 years. I prepared and served his meals, ensuring that he can eat on time and ensuring that he eats safety and healthy foods. I organized fun and educational games, read storybook that increases his interest in story time and planned outdoor activities such as walking to the park and playing at the playground. When he is asleep I do some light household chores such as wiping the cabinets, sweeping and moping the floor, cleaning the bathroom, folding clothes and etc. I wash clothes 3 times a week. I also cared for a girl aged 4 years old. I wake up early morning, prepared myself to start the day. After that, I prepared meals for her. Prepared her clothes and take her to bath. After that, I prepared her to study and let her play inside the house wherein I can see her while I clean the house. I do the laundry twice a week, I wash the dishes moping the floor, wiping the window, cleaning the kitchen and etc. At night I put her to bed and read her some story book which she is fond listening until she falls asleep. Addition to my experienced i work in a 3 star hotel as a maintainance for almost a year my task are organizing the room , dusting , vacuum and wiping and washing the floor i need to do it perefectly we also do the laundy of linens. With my experience and skills, my strong initiative and calm head under pressure. I am convinced that I am qualified for the position offered.
