PATRICE, 28 JAHRE

Hi! I'm Patrice, a freelance English teacher based in the Philippines. I have more than 3 years of experience in the ESL industry teaching European, Korean, and Chinese kid students from ages 3 - 12 and adults from University students, professionals to retirees. On simple days, I love to be out in nature, meditating, doing yoga, or listening to audiobooks and podcasts. I am an avid reader of classics. A few of my literary heroes are C.S Lewis, Paulo Coelho, and Lucy Maud Montgomery. I have 2 cute nephews named Brave (30 months old) and Grit (8 months old). I spend most of my time with Brave on my days off, especially teaching him how to speak in English, sing nursery rhymes, and play the Ukulele. I love kids. We can play outdoors or simply stay at home. Do crafts, read books, make pastries and cook together. Being with kids is a refreshment because they tend to see life in a new and simple way. You can be as unpretentious and as silly as you can be but still they'd love you for it. I know it is quite unsettling to welcome a stranger in your most personal space - your home. (It's nerve-wracking to leave my comfort zone too!) But I hope we can eventually build our trust and confidence and steadily learn to enjoy each other's company.
