Dear Host Family, I'm so excited to meet you. My name is Gleshel, never been married, without any kids. I am 28 years old. I obtained a degree in Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration. I have 2 brothers and 1 sister. My Dad is a farmer and my Mom is a catechist. My parents are loving, caring, and concerned. They love all of us and hold themselves responsible for our family's well-being. We have a decent and happy life and I am lucky to have that such family. I am working here in the Philippines as all around Housemaid and a Nanny. I am working with a family with three healthy and intelligent kids ages 8 years old, 7 years old and 5 years old. I am doing the household chores such as cleaning the house, dusting, washing floors, washing of dishes, ironing, washing of clothes, taking care of children, cooking, little grocery shopping for the family, organizing, tidying, making the family's bed, emptying and taking trash out, pick up toys. Taking care of children, playing with them and assisting them in their school home works, reading books, taking them to parks and playgrounds, providing developmentally appropriate educational games. Preparing their things. Taking care of dog and cat. During my free time, I love reading books like love stories, novels, watching movies, dancing, and playing badminton. I love cooking, and here are some of the dishes I can cook: Fried fish or chicken, pork or chicken adobo, chicken soup, vegetable soup, chicken tinola, fresh spring rolls, sour pork or shrimp tamarind stew, Filipino beef soup with vegetables, spaghetti, stir-fried rice noodles with meat and vegetables, macaroni salad, fruit salad, sweet young coconut salad. I would love to work as an au pair because I would love to be able to contribute positively to a child, family’s life and vice versa. I think it's important to experience as much of the world as you can, meet as many people as you can, touch the lives of as many people as you can, and have your life also be touched. I am positive, responsible, flexible and hardworking but I also love to have fun and enjoy myself no matter what I am doing.
