I am Maria, 29 years old, Single, from the Philippines but currently living in Dubai.

I want to be an Au pair because I believe my personal qualities are ideal for this program. I am very passionate about children, I like to take care of them, teach them arts and crafts (making art is my hobby), teach them good moral values and in general, help them develop their being as they grow . During weekends here in Dubai and my free time too, I babysit my neighbors kids while they're out, I look after them. As Au pair, I also wanted to learn the culture of my future host such as their language, their everyday lives, their foods and etc. it would be a great experience also to share my culture to my host family.
I am also a calm type of person, I believe I have the ability to calm down children having tantrums. Talking about household chores, growing as a Filipino requires knowledge about basic household chores so that part is very easy for me. From Tidying up, doing the dishes and preparing meals, I can do that all.
