I am Beverly but you can also call me Bevs and I am 21 yrs
of age from the Philippines. I am caring, responsible, enthusiastic with children, and have a positive attitude. I am also willing to accept criticism and desire to learn more new things to broaden my horizon.

Cooking is one of our favorite bonding moments with my mother. Spending our time in the kitchen and trying out new recipes is our stress reliever and this the reason why I studied International Culinary Arts. I finished my diploma last November 25th, 2019. I also love spending my time with my family and friends, like traveling and exploring new places, playing board games, and have some fun conversation. Sometimes, if I need to lift myself up and be motivated I just grab my books and read some inspirational story.

Although cooking seems to be the most highlighted part of this letter, I am also very fond of spending my time with the kids. I may not have attended any childcare training program but I can say that I have the abilities and experiences to provide you quality childcare. I work as a part-time babysitter to my cousin when He was still 10 months old until he turned 4 yrs old. Since I only had twice a week class during that time and still has free time so I decided to volunteer as his babysitter. This experience has helped me to have more patience, understanding, and considerate. I also learned to prepare and served meals, changing diapers, maintained household clean, taught him basic nursery lessons, and gave a safe and comfortable environment.

I wish to become an au-pair because I have a deep passion for helping others, especially for children. Through this, I will be able to display my diligence and commitment to my obligation. I also believe that becoming an au-pair could help me gain more knowledge and insights about this program. Too, I would want to take gain of the opportunity to explore and understand other cultures, traditions, and beliefs that I might be able to apply and share in my future undertakings
